Terms of Service

1. Definitions

In these terms:

• "Platform" means the workspace the Company provides at with.mandyspace.com, with its tools and AI-based features
• "User" means a person who was invited by the Company, was issued an account, and uses the Platform under these terms
• "Content" means the requests, conversations, documents, and files a User enters or uploads, and the results the Platform produces from them

2. Effect and changes

These terms take effect when a User accepts them on being issued an account; the Company posts them on the Platform and on this page.

The Company may change these terms within the law. Changes are announced at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before for changes adverse to Users. A User who does not accept a change may stop using the Platform and ask for account deletion. Changes adverse to Users are also notified individually by email or similar means.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The Platform is invitation-only. Only people the Company invites and issues an account to may use it.

You are responsible for your account, password, passkeys, and trusted devices, and may not transfer or lend your account. Tell the Company immediately if you learn your account has been misused.

4. Provision and changes of the service

The Company aims to keep the Platform available at all times, but may suspend it temporarily for maintenance, failures, outages of external services, or similar unavoidable reasons.

The Company may change or discontinue Platform features for operational or technical reasons and will announce significant changes in advance.

5. Your obligations

You must not:

• Use another person's account or information
• Circumvent Platform security or access areas you are not authorized to
• Enter or upload content that breaks the law or infringes others' rights
• Enter other people's personal information, confidential information, or credentials without authority
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform

6. Rights in content

You keep the rights to the content you enter or upload. The Company stores, processes, and transmits it only as needed to provide the Platform.

The Company owns the Platform itself and the software, designs, and documents it creates.

7. AI output

Some Platform features use external AI models. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; review it yourself before relying on it for important decisions.

Content may be sent to external AI model providers for processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Separate agreements

If you and the Company have a separate agreement, such as a project contract, that agreement prevails over these terms.

9. Suspension and termination

If you breach these terms seriously or repeatedly, or fail to cure a breach within a reasonable time after notice, the Company may restrict your use or suspend or delete your account. Unless the matter is urgent, the Company tells you the reason in advance and lets you respond.

You may end this agreement at any time by asking for account deletion. Your personal information is then handled under the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, failures of external services beyond its reasonable control, or causes attributable to the User, unless the Company acted intentionally or negligently. Liability under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws is not limited by this clause.

To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for features provided free of charge, except for damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the Platform are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
